Human Resource (HR) Committee

Human Resource (HR) Committee: The HR Committee provides a forum for networking, discussion of common issues and committee project work. This group works with the HCECM to annually conduct valuable HR related surveys that are blinded and privacy protected. These surveys provide participating HR departments with significant information that helps guide recruitment and retention efforts.
