Hills & Dales General Hospital opens Caro Family Practice with Dr. Blake Putman.
Hills & Dales General Hospital is excited to announce Caro Family Practice is now open! Dr. Blake Putman and Christine Henderson, FNP-BC are seeing patients Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Dr. Putman joined Hills & Dales in January of 2019 after seeing patients in Pigeon for the past year. He earned his Bachelor of Biology from SVSU in 2010 and his Medical Degree from Ross University in 2014. Dr. Putman is Board Certified in Family Medicine and was a Chief Family Medicine Resident at Central Michigan University’s Medical School until 2017. Dr. Putman also continues to serve as a Faculty Preceptor at CMU’s College of Medicine, Walden University, and SVSU.
Christine Henderson joined the Hills & Dales team earlier this year as well. Christine earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Virginia College in Birmingham, Alabama and her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Davenport University in Midland. She then completed her Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Walden University. Christine worked alongside Dr. Putman during her clinical rotations in Family Practice and Pediatrics. She also gained clinical experience in Women’s Healthcare from Valley OB/GYN and in Internal Medicine with Dr. Mirza Hussain. Christine is also a Certified Medical Examiner, performing DOT exams in the clinic.
