MRH Family Healthcare Practices Offer Telemedicine Visits

As the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases increases throughout the State of Michigan, Marlette Regional Hospital is now offering telemedicine visits through their family healthcare practices in an effort to keep people home, where they are safest from contracting the virus. Telemedicine allows for patients to meet with a care provider remotely from the convenience of their own home using a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing app that can be downloaded to a smartphone or tablet. This technology allows for a healthcare provider to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients without physically seeing them in person.

Whether it's managing a chronic illness, sore throat, or medication refill, our providers are just a phone call away. A telemedicine visit can be scheduled by appointment by contacting one of our offices in Marlette, Brown City, Kingston, Mayville, and North Branch. Office locations and phone numbers are as follows:

  • Brown City, 810-346-2751
  • Kingston, 989-683-2221
  • Marlette, 989-635-4614 or 989-635-4104
  • Mayville, 989-843-5135
  • North Branch, 810-688-3048

Depending upon the patient's individual needs, our family healthcare providers are still performing in-office visits as they deem medically necessary. If patients have an in-office visit, they will be screened upon arrival for COVID-19 symptoms and will be instructed to wear a mask if they have any respiratory symptoms.
