Marlette Hospital Auxiliary Supports Patient Care with Purchases

Pictured above displaying the new waiting room furniture in Specialty HealthCare Services are auxiliary members (right to left): Carleen Foster, Judy Hostetler, Billy DeWolf, Gerri Smith, and Specialty HealthCare Services Manager Julie McCracken.Through various fundraising efforts throughout the year such as the $5 Jewelry Sales, Fall Vendor Sale, Harvest Hoedown, and Silvique Jewelry Sale, the Marlette Hospital Auxiliary is able to purchase needed equipment and furnishings for Marlette Regional Hospital.

Among some of the Auxiliary’s most recent donations, the Auxiliary graciously supported the following causes to enhance patient comfort and care at Marlette Regional Hospital: purchased flowers for the Hospice Residence Courtyard; purchased waiting room furniture for Specialty HealthCare Services; remodeled one bathroom at the Hannah D. Wolfe Retirement Residence; purchased entrance signage for the Long-Term Care Unit; purchased two oak dressers for the Long-Term Care Unit; and purchased one recliner on wheels for the Long-Term Care Unit.
