Marlette Regional Hospital’s EMS Team Earns Citation-Free Survey

Marlette Regional Hospital is pleased to share that its emergency medical service (EMS) has recently received a citation-free survey by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS).

The MDHHS EMS section is responsible for licensure and relicensure of over 28,000 EMS personnel, 700 life support agencies, and over 2,400 life support vehicles. This is accomplished through inspections that evaluate administrative management and policy, routine vehicle and equipment assessment, mutual aid protocols, record keeping for dispatches and transports, safety procedures, adequacy of staffing and training personnel, and quality measures.

A citation-free survey indicates the utmost commitment to quality and safety. Marlette Regional Hospital invites you to join them in recognizing their EMS team and all support staff in this noteworthy accomplishment!
