McLaren Bay Medical Foundation Hosts 29th Annual Golf for Life Classic

In Honor and Appreciation of McLaren Bay Region Healthcare Workers

BAY CITY, MI - McLaren Bay Medical Foundation will host the 29th annual Golf for Life Classic on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at Maple Leaf Golf Course in Linwood.

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the community in so many ways. Throughout it all, McLaren Bay Region healthcare workers have continued to show up and care for the sick. The event chairs, Dr. Daniel Lee, Dr. Rajesh Dandamudi and David Dittenber, are pleased to announce that this year’s Golf for Life Classic is taking place to honor and appreciate our local healthcare workers. All event proceeds will go to the Emergency Response Fund to make sure the personal protection equipment and supplies are available for the safety of workers and patients.

The 18-hole scramble with a morning shotgun begins at 8:00 a.m. Participation includes golf, hole-in-one prizes, on-course beverages, contests, players gift, team photos, continental breakfast and team prizes for men, women, and mixed team. A complimentary practice range and putting green will be available. Protocols are in place at the golf course to help ensure your safety.

Sponsorship opportunities are available from $5,000 to $175. The event brochure can be downloaded from the Foundation’s website at: www.mclaren.org/golforlife.
