McLaren Bay Region Family Medicine Residents take Top Honors at MAOFP Winter 2023

A pair of McLaren Bay Region family medicine residents, Dr. Margaux Zanetti and Dr. Peter Huynh, were each awarded first place for their respective presentations at the Winter 2023 retreat of the Michigan Association of Osteopathic Family Physicians, MAOFP, in mid-January.

In the research category, Dr. Huynh earned first for ‘Does a physician-led Rapid Response and Code Blue team improve patient care, quality, and survival at a large-size, community-based Michigan hospital?’

Dr. Margaux Zanetti earned top honors for her case report ‘Rapidly Progressing Ascending Paralysis.’
